One of the best employers in Switzerland

Companies recognised by Great Place to Work® pay attention to respectful, supportive and fair cooperation and corporate culture and thus offer a particularly good working environment for their employees.

In May 2025, GAMBIT in Switzerland achieved 3rd place in ‘Best Workplaces Switzerland 2025’ by Great Place to Work - as one of 280 Swiss companies analysed. 

This year, a total of 75 organisations were awarded prizes in five size categories.

The 3rd place in the 20 to 49 employees category is a great testament to the efforts to create the best working conditions for employees in Switzerland.

Every year, Great Place to Work honours those companies that have a particularly appreciative and attractive workplace culture - and are rated best by their employees in an anonymous survey.

Great Place to Work® is an international research and consulting institute that supports companies in 170 countries at 60 locations worldwide. In Germany alone, the independent institute supports more than 1,000 companies of all sectors and sizes every year and surveys around 440,000 employees.

The competition is primarily based on an anonymous survey of employees. In addition, Great Place to Work® conducts a culture audit to analyse the processes, measures and tools used by companies in their HR and cultural work.

In Germany, GAMBIT 2024 was honoured in three categories: Germany's Best Employers 2024, Best Employers in ICT 2024 and Best Employers in North Rhine-Westphalia 2024.

GAMBIT Consulting has already won several Great Place to Work® awards in Germany.

In 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2023, the company won the triple ‘Germany's Best Employer’, ‘Best Employer in ICT’ and ‘Best Employer in NRW’. In 2019 and 2022, GAMBIT was honoured in the categories ‘Best Employer in ICT’ and ‘Best Employer in NRW’.
