Thomas began his professional career after studying business administration at the University of Münster in 1991 as a management consultant with A.T. Kearney in Düsseldorf and Chicago.
In 1994 he moved to Hüls Troisdorf AG as Director Finance and accompanied the company in its strategic reorientation within Ruhrkohle AG. In 1995, he founded GAMBIT Consulting GmbH and has been managing the company as managing partner ever since.
He has managed a large number of major international projects.
Michael Ratte

Responsible for commercial management.
Michael graduated from the University of Bayreuth with a degree in law.
In 1996, he began his professional career at an international auditing firm in Düsseldorf as a lawyer specialising in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on transaction and restructuring consulting.
Michael has been with GAMBIT since 2001 and, as managing partner, is responsible for the departments Finance, Controlling, Tax, Legal, HCM and IT.
Mario Baldi

Responsible for internationalization, supply chain management and growth management
Mario began his professional career at the SCT Group in 1994 after studying economics.
After several years at Fujitsu, he moved to SAP in Walldorf in 2004 as Head of Sales Field Services, where he was responsible for SAP sales in the Europe and Middle East regions for several years.
In 2010, Camelot ITLab appointed him as Managing Partner. As Managing Director of Scheer GmbH and CEO of the Scheer Group, Mario was instrumental in driving the Group's growth from 2016 onwards.
Mario Baldi has been part of the GAMBIT management team since June 2024.
