GAMBIT Consulting wins the triple at Great Place to Work® again this year. The SAP consulting company is one of the winners in three categories.

Employers awarded by Great Place to Work® are characterized by the fact that they offer their employees a particularly good working environment and attach great importance to a respectful, fair and supportive culture of cooperation.

Every year, companies of all sizes and from all sectors throughout Germany take part in the competition organized by the independent Great Place to Work® Institute. They voluntarily test the quality and attractiveness of their workplace culture. The competition is based primarily on an anonymous survey of employees. This is supplemented by a culture audit by Great Place to Work®.

"Trust, flexibility and communication have become even more important. With our weekly joint video call, for example, we established a measure last year that keeps everyone up to date and informed. It also strengthens cohesion when many work in a home office," said Sabine Goebbels, Director Human Resources at GAMBIT. "And so it is in many places. We try to find optimal and flexible solutions with the help of which good work is possible and the team feels comfortable. We are very pleased that this has once again received such recognition!"
