"When the world changes, companies must not stand still. They need new ideas, flexibility - and the right IT architecture."

How can processes within a company be improved? How can a purchased company be successfully integrated? And what is the significance of modern IT architectures for the future viability of companies? Thomas deals intensively with such and similar questions - and has been doing so for a very long time. Over the past 25 years, the GAMBIT partner has made a name for himself when it comes to IT transformation and optimization of enterprise architectures. Before joining GAMBIT in 2011, Thomas had already spent fourteen years as a management consultant for KPMG, BearingPoint and Deloitte. In doing so, Thomas has always proven his leadership skills also in multidisciplinary and intercultural environments, such as international financial transformation projects, carve-outs, post-merger integrations or the implementation of value-based supply chain models. Thomas, who holds a PhD in mathematics, supports GAMBIT's clients in the preparation and management of business transformation projects, increasingly in connection with the topic of SAP S/4HANA implementation. In his free time, Thomas prefers to walk miles on the beach, visit English castles and their gardens - or take care of his garden at home with his wife.

Thomas is a partner at GAMBIT Consulting. His current focus is on business transformation with SAP S/4HANA and the design of IT architectures.
