"I came to SAP many years ago by chance," says Birgit. "At the time, I worked for the logistics company TNT. As a key user, I was supposed to take care of integrating the branches into the SAP system after the headquarters moved to Troisdorf, for example, setting up order processing and accounts receivable administration, and training employees. I then stuck with it, because it suited me and interested me." Later Birgit worked for KPMG in Düsseldorf and came into contact with GAMBIT for the first time there through joint projects. In 2002 she moved to the USA for three years - her husband was working in New Mexico at that time. Back in Germany, after the birth of her eldest daughter, Birgit first worked for GAMBIT on a freelance basis for several years - and has now been permanently on board as Senior Executive Consultant for about three years. "I never last long without work," she says, "I always have to do something or learn something new. That's why, for example, I quickly found a university course in the U.S. and studied Spanish - otherwise the ceiling would have fallen on my head at home."

Birgit was part of the team implementing SAP S/4HANA at the world leader in organic photovoltaics. The company is the first to offer industrial grade organic solar films.
For a global leader in metering solutions for electricity, gas, heating, cooling and water, GAMBIT developed the design for SAP ECC and performed a global system consolidation.
At the largest consumer goods manufacturer in the beauty and household care markets, Birgit took care of the optimization of processes and functions in the company's SAP ECC system for GAMBIT.
At a communications technology manufacturer, GAMBIT implemented SAP S/4HANA - based on Extended Best Practices. The customer's solutions are used worldwide in broadcasting, events or industry.
