It is as so often: Good preparation is the be-all and end-all. This includes that we - together with you - first develop several template levels and template types. They serve as the basis for the later rollout.

The design makes the difference.
GAMBIT initially develops several template levels and types in cooperation with customer teams in order to use them as a basis for accelerated rollouts. Strategic targets set by top management are incorporated into the project work, as are operational requirements of the local unit.
If SAP has been established in individual units, a retrofit is carried out first to ensure accelerated rollout. GAMBIT has developed a Rollout-Readiness Check to determine the basic rollout capability of existing SAP landscapes.

If the template is fixed, the rollouts often take place in several parallel waves. This avoids time-consuming sequential processing. Fit/gap design and build processes are decoupled from each other - both in terms of time and personnel/organizational aspects. Build-contents are "industrialized", i.e. created in series, and thus extremely accelerated.
