Leonie is a Senior Payroll Specialist in the Finance and Controlling department, which is managed by Jiajia Huang. Among other things, she is responsible for payroll accounting, customizing work schedules, maintaining master data and supporting the “JobRad” project.
Leonie's points of view
For Leonie, payroll management is a dream job. She particularly appreciates the varied range of tasks and the fact that she comes into contact with almost every colleague in her department.
There are changes every year in payroll tax and employment law and in the area of social insurance. As a result, Leonie feels constantly challenged, so she never gets bored.
Leonie always tries to process inquiries quickly - even if this is not always easy with over 200 employees. But she always wants to do her best for her colleagues.
Leonie often goes on vacation to the small North Sea island of Baltrum. She has been traveling to this place of longing regularly since she was a child. There, between the dunes and the sea, she can switch off completely.
