GAMBIT certified as service partner by SAP

With the renewed certification as a "Partner Centre of Expertise", GAMBIT now officially continues to meet and master all the strict quality requirements that SAP places on its partners in the area of service and maintenance.
SAP awarded GAMBIT the Partner COE certificate again after an elaborate audit at the end of November. The SAP certificate is valid for two years until the beginning of 2024 and will be extended again for two years after successful re-certification - this is also provided for by the strict quality requirement.
This means that GAMBIT can now continue to sell its customers directly SAP service and maintenance products within the framework of a maintenance contract - in addition to selling licences - and operate these in the future. With the certification, customers can be sure that they get exactly what they need and want at GAMBIT - based on the high quality standards specified by SAP.
Successfully passing the certification is a complex and lengthy process. The SAP partner companies have to prove their technical, process-related and personnel equipment and expertise in the area of service and maintenance in detail in an audit. In the audit, SAP examines, among other things, the availability of infrastructure, tools, processes and the SAP partner's documentation in preparation for onboarding and supporting new customers.
