"Great place to work" - again!
On 1 February 2021, GAMBIT Consulting received certification as an attractive employer from Great Place to Work® - so it is now "Great Place to Work® Certified". The certification of the international research and consulting institute is awarded according to a secure procedure to companies that are particularly committed to shaping the workplace culture.
"We are very pleased to receive this award. It is once again proof that we are on the right track when it comes to an appreciative corporate culture and good working conditions," said Sabine Goebbels, Director Human Resources at GAMBIT. "At the same time, it is also an incentive. It provides us with important impulses to improve even further as an employer."
Components of the certification are an independent, anonymous feedback of the employees and the analysis of measures and programmes of human resources work. The award is granted for one year.

In 2020, GAMBIT was awarded in three categories: In addition to the award in the competition "Germany's Best Employer 2020", the consultancy was also among the winners in the categories "Best Employer in ICT 2020" and "Best Employer in NRW 2020".
